Privacy Policy.

This policy explains how LUMATARRA Advanced Technology collects, uses, protects, and handles information through our website, communications, services, and authorized business platform integrations.

Effective date: June 1, 2026

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, book a meeting, request information, communicate with our team, or work with us on a project. This can include your name, company, role, email address, phone number, meeting details, project context, and messages you send to us.

We may also receive basic technical information from website hosting, analytics, security, email, calendar, booking, and collaboration platforms. This can include IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, timestamps, and interaction logs needed to operate and protect the site and our services.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and prepare for meetings, provide consulting and implementation services, manage customer relationships, improve our website and operations, protect our systems, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about relevant LUMATARRA services.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use platform data for scraping, resale, enrichment, or unauthorized advertising activities.

Platform integrations

When LUMATARRA uses authorized integrations with platforms such as Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, or similar business systems, we access only the information needed for the approved business workflow and only through authorized accounts, permissions, and user consent flows.

For LinkedIn-related workflows, authorized access may be used to prepare, publish, review, or manage company page content and permitted member-authorized content. We do not use LinkedIn data for scraping, prospecting lists, data resale, unauthorized lead generation, or member profile enrichment.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate our website, email, calendar, booking, cloud infrastructure, collaboration tools, analytics, security, and AI-enabled workflows. These providers process information only as needed to deliver those services to LUMATARRA.

Examples can include Microsoft 365, cloud hosting providers, website infrastructure providers, domain and security services, and tools used for authorized business operations.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, for active business relationships, for legitimate operational records, or as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete, archive, or de-identify it according to our operational needs and legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet or cloud system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access, use trusted providers, and reduce unnecessary data exposure.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of information you have provided to us, subject to legal, security, and operational limits. You can also unsubscribe from marketing communications where an unsubscribe option is provided.
